Pre-Consultation Business Case – a masterclass
This training course takes participants through the requirements of an NHS Pre-Consultation Business Case (PCBC), which is a requirement for all major service change programmes that are planning to go out to public consultation.
This course will cover the legal and regulatory requirements for PCBCs, the assurance and approvals process with regional and national NHS England teams, and what stakeholders should be involved in the development and publication of the PCBC. This course will use case studies and best practice examples of PCBCs.
