Our team has a long history of working with and for the NHS, benefitting from long-established networks and trusted relationships built in running significant engagement and communication programmes for major service reconfigurations, regional campaigns including providing communications support to COVID-19 vaccination programme, several flu vaccination and winter pressures campaigns.
Caroline Latta
Caroline is a passionate advocate of the strategic value involvement and communications brings to organisations, and particularly for boards and senior teams faced with having to make big change.
She’s a strategic communications, engagement and marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience leading and delivering public engagement and consultation, communications and marketing programmes.
Paul Parsons
Paul has 20 years’ experience of involving people in policy and service change by creating relationships and supporting dialogue between underrepresented people and the people who make decisions that affect them.
He has supported dozens of organisations through high-profile, public service change projects, with a special interest in health and social care service transformation.
Gail Cobb
Head of operations
Gail is an accomplished communications professional with experience in the public and private sectors. She has exceptional digital and social media planning and delivery skills, working to help organisations create clear, engaging content. She has a strong understanding of the health and care sector and extensive NHS experience gained working on numerous health projects and campaigns. Gail is highly organised and extremely personable.
Sian Elmslie
Head of projects
Sian is highly organised and has a strong background in engagement and communications. She has worked in user-focussed roles for over 25 years, specialising in service user experience and leading large-scale user experience improvement programmes, including several large-scale public sector service reconfiguration programmes. Sian makes it easy for clients to report back to their own organisations on progress and planning.
Michelle Bainbridge
Business and marketing manager
Michelle has excellent organisational skills and real determination to deliver high standards. A diverse background in her career has allowed her to gain expertise in marketing and social media campaigns, brand management, event management, working with people with a sensory loss, and proofreading and editing. Michelle’s friendly and professional approach allows her to build great working relationships with clients and suppliers.
Jonny Williams

Jonny is a specialist in major service change, having worked for NHS England in this field to develop policy, guidance and support for local systems. Jonny has exceptional stakeholder management skills, and has worked across government departments and public bodies, and in the voluntary sector. They are enthusiastic about public involvement, strategic engagement and integrated care.
Sue Cavill
Associate
Sue is a skilled engagement, consultation and communications specialist with over 30 years’ experience. Sue has an MA in Strategic Communications and has ran communications and engagement programmes in the NHS for several years. She has also worked at a strategic level in commissioning and delivery organisations, and, in partnership with local authorities, delivering public health campaigns and developing Health and Wellbeing Boards.
Rebecca Swales

Rebecca has over 15 years of marketing and research experience and holds a Masters Degree in Research. She is a member of the Market Research Society (MRS) and is our expert in stakeholder management systems. Rebecca has provided professional research, marketing and analysis services to the NHS and other public bodies. This includes scoping the research requirements, ensuring the best techniques and providing reporting.
Eleanor Nossiter

Eleanor has over 15 years’ experience of working at a senior level in the NHS within communications and engagement. Eleanor excels in problem-solving, and handling complex and politically sensitive issues. She has extensive experience in creating communications and engagement strategies and content, patient and public engagement, stakeholder relations, service transformation and consultation, and developing people and services.
Helen Gray

Helen has more than thirty years’ experience in communications, PR and marketing. She is a public sector specialist and has extensive experience of delivering communications for NHS change programmes. Helen’s skill base includes the full communications and engagement mix. She has a strong track record of effectively engaging a wide range of stakeholders for local, regional and national programmes.
