Service change business cases (delivered in partnership with MLCSU)
This online training session takes participants through the basics of major service change, with a particular focus on how the Pre-Consultation Business Case (PCBC) aligns with the capital requirements of major service change. This training is delivered in collaboration with our partners at the Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU).
The morning session is delivered by Stand, and the afternoon session is delivered by MLCSU.
